How long does it usually take to place candidates?
The average time it takes to find a job is dependent on different variables, including experience, compensation expectations, location, availability, skill set and industry. The ideal time period for contract and contract-to-hire project opportunities is between two (2) and four (4) weeks until project confirmation and placement where some permanent placement opportunities can take four (4) plus weeks due to longer HR processes. Typically within three (3) days of a new job opening BridgePoint Technologies anticipates having you identified and prepared to submit. Once our client receives your resume it takes between one (1) and three (3) days to review your submission and make a decision for next steps. If selected for an interview typically a phone interview will be scheduled with a few days’ notice. Upon successful completion of a phone interview one (1) to two (2) more in-person interviews could be scheduled depending on the hiring manger, which takes approximately one (1) week to complete.
